I Put Build the Wall on the Arcade Cabinet
The White House has an arcade now.
An actual arcade. On the actual White House website.
It's at whitehouse.gov/arcade.
I named this thing Oval Arcade a few weeks ago, so this has been a strange week.
One of the games was a Tetris-style thing called Build the Wall.
Then Tetris found out.
They were not involved. They take copyright infringement very seriously. They said so.
Build the Wall disappeared.
Which seemed like a shame.
So I put it on the arcade cabinet.
I Finally Did It
Five to ten hours.
That's how much time I said I was going to spend on this every week.
This week I actually came close.
I didn't add a pile of new objects. I retuned a few things. I still shipped a video game.
In my defense, the White House started it.
Except for the Laptop
There's been a Telikin sitting on the Resolute Desk this whole time.
If you don't know what a Telikin is, that's okay.
The President does.
I've had an idea for a Presidential Edition for a while, and this week I started figuring out what it should actually do.
The idea has gotten completely out of hand.
This won't be another thing you click and get a joke. It's probably going to be one of the most complicated interactions in the room.
It may take a couple of weeks.
I'm not going to explain it yet.
A lot of very large technology companies are involved.
They don't know that yet.
That's It
That's pretty much all I did this week.
Five to ten hours.
I could get used to this.
Although I did spend part of Saturday making the windows do something.
So maybe don't hold me to it.
