I Opened the Laptop
I actually stuck to the 5–10 hour limit this week.
A few existing things got updated because of recent events.
Because of course they did.
The bigger addition is a Telikin Freedom Presidential Edition.
If you are unfamiliar with Telikin, it is a computer designed to be extremely simple for seniors to use. Big buttons. Big text. Everything right there on the screen.
It seemed appropriate.
Most of the buttons don't do anything yet, but a few are working.
The weather widget has actual weather for Mar-a-Lago. The date and time are the actual date and time. There is a calendar, and it's already 2027. There is also DoorDash, quotes and trivia.
Daily Affirmation, because sometimes the President just needs to be reminded that he's good enough, he's smart enough, and doggone it, people like him.
Now the President has a computer.
There's already an Email button. Next week I may even give him email.
Maybe.
